The English film actor, Tim Roth is an amazingly talented and diverse actor in Hollywood that made his debut in the 1980s. Early career

In 1982, Roth made his debut in a British television play written by David Leland. He starred in the television film Murder with Mirrors in 1985, acting as juvenile delinquent Edgar Lawson. Moreover, the actor’s best roles were in Meantime: Margins and Centers when he plays Mark's withdrawn brother role.

With his role as Myron in the 1984 film The Hit, Roth gained critical acclaim for which he was nominated for British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA). He won BAFTA Award which was his opportunity to start his acting career in Hollywood.

The War Zone

In 1999, Timo was also awarded the European Film Discovery of the Year for his movie The War Zone. In addition, The War Zone allowed him to be nominated for the 2001 Independent Spirit Award for Best Foreign Film.

Starred as FIFA President

Tim Roth starred as FIFA President Sepp Blatter in the movie United Passions. The film was released in 2014 on the occasion of FIFA's 110th anniversary and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
